Yes. We process cancellation immediately through Stripe Customer Portal. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period — no surprise charges, no retention forms. Free plan stays available with reduced limits if you want to keep using basic features.
Phase 1 supports Gmail (Web + iOS), Outlook (Modern + Classic + iOS), Apple Mail (macOS + iOS), and a generic "copy to clipboard" flow that works with most HTML-capable clients (Thunderbird, Spark, Mailbird, Em Client, Proton Mail). We're actively expanding the list — request your client at /contact.
The REST API is in private beta. Early access goes to teams already on Pro. The MCP server (for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor integration) follows in Phase 3. If you need API access today, reach out — we onboard design partners weekly.
Stripe handles everything. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month. You can view, update, or cancel from /account → "Manage subscription" (Stripe Customer Portal). Invoices are emailed and downloadable.
