1. Create your account
Head to app.sigent.ai/signup and create an account with email + password or Google sign-in.
2. Build your first signature
Once logged in, click New signature in the dashboard. You’ll land on the editor with five tabs:
- Template — pick a base layout (Single Column, Two Column, or Vertical).
- Personal — name, job, email, phone, avatar.
- Business — company name, address, website, logo.
- Design — primary color and visual options.
- Disclaimer — optional legal footer.
Changes auto-save every 800ms.
3. Share it
Click Share at the top of the editor to generate a public install link. Send it to teammates — they can preview and copy the signature without needing a Sigent account.
4. Install in your email client
The install page walks through copy-paste instructions for each of the supported clients. See install guides for details.
